As a leader and advisor to multiple companies, I focus on improving lives and enabling change to deliver transformative growth.  My work focuses on sustainable business models, data-based decision making, leveraging AI to help streamline performance, and creating long-term customer value. My specialties include strategy, transformation, growth, M&A, diversity, and digital enablement.  I am the Chair of Sodexo North America overseeing all business activities. Within these activities are over 150,000 employees generating billions in annual revenue.  It is my personal priority to support organizations that promote equality, diversity and empowerment.
