I am interested in agriculture development that advances health equity, social and gender justice, and community resilience. My experiences include working collaboratively across programmatic structures with senior leadership, fellow team members, and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative approaches that are evidence-based, community-led, and driven. I am committed to working with diverse or marginalized populations and forging allyships across diverse communities. Through my work, I strive to be inclusive and most especially to build strong and trusting relationships both internally and externally., which, in my view, is key to success. I believe that peoples' well-being and having the ability, knowledge, and opportunity to develop healthy eating habits should be a priority development goal.Outside of work, I serve as a Marketing and Branding Advisor for a traditional Panamanian artisanal group, to improve her social media engagement and increase sales around the world. At home, I enjoy growing various houseplants to sell online once they show healthy growth.
