New Plant Start-Up Activities Took part in a new Manisa bakery plant start-up, responsible of non-technical purchasing activites during set-up of 3 production lines, 2 warehouse, 1 semi product area as bread mixing.Designed local and central supply chain, created new suppliers while maintaining and working with approved vendors.Formed a team consists of warehousing and mix-production.Supervision of 4 team members still.Main Responsibilities Production PlanningPreparing monthly, weekly production plans using data gathered from sales.Balancing demand with resources with capacity planning.Making performance assesments with preparing realisation reports, monthly. Production ControlFollowing up production performance as Overall Efficiency, Wastage KPI's.Making revisions in production plans with monitoring SKU's, due to shipment plans, due to breakdowns if necessary.Keeping effective day-to-day communication with sales operation and production dept.SAP planning recipes and BOM revisions.
