With a background in Business Administration and Project Management from Istanbul University, I’ve spent the last several years building hands-on experience in marketing, manufacturing, and international trade. I’ve co-founded and managed multiple businesses, honing my skills in digital marketing, operations management, and supply chain optimization.In 2019, I co-founded Salient Smart Marketing, a digital marketing agency focused on helping brands enhance their online presence and navigate digital transformation. My role involved working closely with clients to develop marketing strategies that increased visibility and efficiency through automation and digital tools.Simultaneously, I’ve been actively involved in my family’s business, Rotostar Printing & Packaging Factory, where I advanced from purchasing roles to becoming General Manager. In this capacity, I oversee operations, manage supplier relationships, and work on business development. I’ve also represented the company at international expos, expanding our network and forming key industry partnerships.In 2020, I co-founded Alamia Plastic, a company specializing in exporting plastic and packaging products to the EU. Over the span of four years, we managed multi-million dollar exports, handling every aspect of the export process. This experience deepened my expertise in international trade, logistics, and client relationship management.My key skills include project management, digital marketing, supply chain optimization, and business development.
