Currently leading 5 departments Regional Transport, Behavioral Health Transport, Medcom Communications Center, Fleet Management and Community CaraMedics. Managing a 150+ staff and 21 units that provides Critical Care transports, Interfacility transports along with BLS returns, Voluntary Behavioral Health transports and wheelchair services for the health system. Plus 2 Community CaraMedic vehicles providing Mobile Integrated Healthcare in support of our Population Health program and ACO Mission Health Partners .Serving 18 Counties in the western region of NC doing over 30,000 calls per year.Recent Accomplishments: Developed Mobile Integrated Healthcare Provider Program; Developed Division wide hiring assessment center; Worked with DHS/DOT National committee on Patient Compartment Safety.

HSEEP compliant Exercise Design, Planning and Facilitation. Facilitating After Action Reviews and detailing recommendations in report. Serving clients as part of Incident Management Team or in support role. Facilitating briefings and objective meetings. Providing Training for Clients and staff from EM, EMS, Fire, Rescue and Law Enforcement. Serving as Evaluator, Coordinator and Safety officer as needed.

Assisted with deployments and training. Developed Team medical kits and equipment requirements along with Medical Protocols and training level requirements

Responded to SAR call outs and assisted with training. Implemented Wilderness First Responder protocols and certification training for team members. Also developed Medical screening guidelines.

Taught courses and presented at conferences all over the world in Wilderness Medicine ranging from Wilderness First Aid to Wilderness EMT. Helped in training and preparing new assistant instructors along with course development.

Worked as a Paramedic and Preceptor. Also assisted with teaching continuing education classes.
