Launched in June 2017, Serieously is now one of the leading media platforms dedicated to the entertainment industry in France with more than 15M visits and 6M UV per month.I joined the team back in 2018 to create the advertising strategy and offer in terms of both display and programmatic ads, special ops and brand content. In 2023, there are 4 project managers in the sales team dedicated to create the most disruptive digital campaigns on the market for both agencies and advertisers.

- Gestion et optimisation des P&L, objectifs commerciaux et budgets marketing. - Élaboration et exécution de plans média: partenariats et achat médias multi-supports (TV, digital, print, radio, cinéma, DOOH). - Création d’éditions spéciales- Coordination avec les différentes agences (RP, médias, BtoB, graphistes). - Organisation d’events (press junkets, soirées lancement, stunts...)• Partenariats BtoB.• Gestion de la stratégie digitale sociale marque et produit.• Management d’équipes• Marketing strategies for movies and TV releases in France for revenue growth : - P&L management and optimisation, sales objectives and marketing budgets, post-mortem studies. - Management and execution of media plans : TV, print,digital, radio, social media, mobile - Localization and creation of creative ads and tools - Support to the sales team - Creation of new VOD strategies: pre-EST campaigns, co-branding for revenue growth - Coordination with the different agencies (PR, Media, graphic designers).• Creation of retail partnerships for additional revenue : Auchan, Carrefour, Sony Music, Leclerc, Fnac, Playstation, Sony Electronics, Orange• Lauching evvents and press junkets:• Digital and social strategy management of the brand and products in coordination with the PR agency • Coordination of the 3rd party licensors France Télévision and Arte : sales negociations and strategies, creation of tools to measure and follow and performances/sales, creation of specific operations, cost rationalization.

Coordination and management of marketing and advertising strategies throughout EMEA territories for releases such as Spider-Man Homecoming, Bladerunner 2049, Venom, Peter Rabbit.
