I organize and lead events within target communities to educate and raise awareness about migration-related topics. Regularly, I deliver performance reports and conduct project follow-up to ensure the effectiveness of our activities. I gather insights from the field, assess and analyze data, and update the project database with current information on local alternatives such as job opportunities and training programs.
