As an intern for the Democratic Governance department of the UNDP, I developed a handbook on Human Development as a final report on the assigned project, helped to circulate and search for requested information, led the project - Human Development: Towards Bridging Inequalities and conducted background research on social and environmental affairs. I organized and updated district and village level statistics to develop parliamentary constituencies factsheets for various Indian states using their internal structure, and worked to help employees find the information they needed. I strongly developed my excel and other MS software skills, and gained cross-cultural working experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
