Since 2006, served as a Pharmacy Manager at a stand-alone children’s hospital, overseeing a range of areas including 340B, operational and clinical management, education, formulary management, and regulatory compliance. During this time was able to successfully led a team of advanced practice clinical pharmacy specialists to enhance clinical services across multiple campuses. Additionally, played a key role in designing and coordinating the construction of two inpatient pharmacies, ensuring their compliance with sterile and nonsterile compounding regulations.While managing the pharmacy, performed the role of Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for a level 2 and level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, maintaining my clinical expertise acquired through PGY1 and PGY2 pediatric pharmacy residencies. Since 2013, served as the Secretary of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, contributing significantly to the evaluation of medications for formulary inclusion.Recently, completed my MBA, Apex 340B University training, and ASHP’s Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Certificate, enhancing my ability to merge operational and clinical opportunities effectively. Continue to be an active member of pharmacy organizations such as ACCP, ASHP, and BPS. Participate in community service as a board member for The Piggyback Foundation of Youngstown, fulfilling my commitment to giving back to my profession and community.
