Responsible for coordinating & conducting pre-placement sessions (Marketing) for 1200+ MBA participants. I analyzed the Usage and Purchasing behavior of shared commute and personal transport users in Kenya and Benin Republic. I conducted surveys through International marketing agencies to study concerns towards usage of shared transport post Covid-19 and a potential for increased usage of personal transport. Basis the research findings, I developed a GTM strategy and recommendations to address this behavior changed intervention and increase the two wheeler market share.

Responsible for heading the sponsorship and corporate partnership team for the festival. Headed the marketing and publicity teams to triple the budget and participation compared to the previous version of the event. Headed a team of more than 60 members to ensure seamless event management.

Planned new inspection strategies leading to Improved Longevity of Components and Cost Reduction in Maintenance activities. Suggested prevention of risk based catastrophic failures by successfully developing inspection charts for various components of CDU.
