 Generate Billing: - Generate billing of Clients if both Domestic & overseas Coordination with Domestic & International Clients. Working on Cash Application. Allocation of the payments received from customer’s in form of EFT & Wire transfer. Clearing the customer account. Coordinate with the bank regarding the unidentified credit. Proposing initiatives for the enhancement of overall efficiency of operations.  Resolving disputes in billing and solving customer complaints. Refunds to be maintained along with documents.
