As a Graduate Researcher and student at UC San Diego, I apply data science skills to various projects involving data collection, analysis, and story telling. I also actively work with the Data Science Graduate Association as a founding member to serve back to the community.I am pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science (MSDS) at UC San Diego, where I have acquired a solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data engineering. I have also completed a three-month internship as a Quantitative Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch, where I supported the development and testing of predictive models, using kernel machines and recursive feature engineering.I am passionate about exploring new dimensions in data modelling and analytics and eager to apply my knowledge and skills in application that positively impact the society. I am actively seeking a full time position that will allow me to leverage my skills to derive the actionable insights from data and learn from experienced professionals.
