◆ Current Role: Currently, I am working full time as a Quality Control Chemist in Pharmaceutical Sector. As a Quality Control Chemist, I am responsible to analyze the raw materials, in-process products, finished products and stability samples acquired from different phases of drug products manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical industry. As a Quality Control Chemist, I am involved in daily usage of the highly advanced analytical equipments such as HPLC, GC, UPLC, Dissolution, UV-Vis, IR, KF Titration, Potentiometer, Particle Size Analyzer, Tap Density Tester, Melting Point Apparatus, Polarimeter, Wet Chemical Apparatuses, pH Meter etc for the detailed analysis of the materials and products. One of my key responsibilities is to maintain the proper lab environment to be in compliance with cGMP regulations which also includes the daily calibration of the analytical tools/equipment, timely maintenance of the advanced equipments, troubleshooting of the equipments and proper documentation of the analyses performed as per the good documentation practices (GDocP). I have also got vital experience in method development, method validation and method verification studies for the technology transfer products and ANDA products for establishing the analytical methods to be useful for the in-house analysis. ◆ Previous Role: I have been trained well in the wet chemical synthesis methods to develop new and novel materials such as semiconductor nanoparticles, coordination polymers, clusters based materials, and hybrid organic-inorganic framework based materials. I have 4 years of hands-on experience with analytical instruments (UV-Vis, FTIR, 1D & 2D NMR, ESI-MS, Raman, XPS, XRD, SEM, and Others) for the characterization of different materials and complex data interpretation.◆ Scientific Skills:1.
