As a senior research associate at Premas Biotech, I contribute to the development of novel monoclonal antibodies for various therapeutic applications. With the help of my team, I perform antibody library preparation, single B cell cloning, and protein expression and purification from bacterial culture and DNA , RNA isolation manually and using kits, agarose gel electrophoresis , PCR- general, RT, inverse, overlap, real time and colony PCR, primer designing, Bioinformatics tools used in gene cloning, restriction digestion, ligations, gene cloning using recombinant DNA techniques, ELISA, competent cell preparation both chemical and electro competent, transformation both chemical based and electroporation, DNA Preparation at ug-mg scale for transfection.I have a bachelor's degree in biotechnology from Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, and a strong research background in molecular biology and immunology. I have also gained valuable experience as a research associate and a job trainee at Premas Biotech, working in fast-paced and dynamic environments. My core competencies include standard operating procedures, data analysis, and project management. I am motivated by the potential of biotechnology to improve health and well-being, and I aspire to advance my skills and knowledge in this field.
