Business is cold chain managing warehouse and inventory (4PL) for customer McDonald, Oishi and Subway, all items are food product under HACCP, DQMP and Oishi audit quality control.  Responsible for all warehousing activities such as process flow both inbound and outbound, warehouse management, cost control for MHE and manpower management.  Ensure all day-to-day operation, inventory transaction are accurately update on a real-time basis, picking and delivering on time and problem shooting in the products and warehouse area.  Improve operation productivity by on-going development of systems (Implementing WMS – operation flow designing with IT and regional team)  Created productivity report in order to tracking manpower performance and to drive operation productivity.  Ensure all working standards and practices according to safety standard and customer’s quality (ie, HACCP, DQMP).  Define staff role and responsibilities and counseling employees on their performance. Labor cost saving is 187K /month (average income 17,000 x 11 staffs = 187K/month)  Pick by BATCH (on implementing): This project is purpose to reduce complained FIFO from customer. Inbound receiver will affix receiving label by different paper color on the pallet and forklift driver will do replenishment by batch number for picking on next step.
