Pause; a 3-day nonprofit multidisciplinary online Arts Festival held from 12-14 March 2021 highlighting both harmonious and disruptive aspects of a pause and its effects on the creative process.The program included poetry, dance, music, film, and more featuring artists and wellness professionals from 5 different countries.

As the Museum Outreach Coordinator , I spearheaded initiatives aimed at engaging non-traditional museum audiences, crafting impactful experiences for diverse visitors. Key highlights include:1. Designing Engaging Art Education Resources: Developed innovative educational materials tailored for young visitors, fostering interactive learning experiences within the museum space.2. Creating a Vibrant Children's Activity Area: Conceptualized and established a dynamic children's activity area, attracting an average footfall of 100 visitors daily, enhancing the museum's appeal to families and youth.3. Forging Strategic Partnerships: Cultivated partnerships with prominent cultural organizations including INTACH, Sahapedia, and The Heritage Lab, facilitating collaborative endeavors to enrich cultural engagement.4. Leading and Mentoring Internship Team: Recruited and mentored a talented team of 10 interns, fostering their professional growth and contribution to the museum's outreach initiatives.5. Curating Dynamic Event Calendar: Orchestrated a diverse calendar of events in collaboration with museum administration and stakeholders, coordinating logistics and vendor relations for seamless execution.5. Facilitating School and NGO Visits: Organized and facilitated visits for 20 schools and 10 NGOs, engaging over 2000 young visitors during the summer of 2019, including many experiencing the museum for the first time.6. Innovative Accessibility Initiatives: Facilitated collaboration with the Raised Lines Foundation IIT to develop and install tactile renditions of exhibited works, enhancing accessibility for visually impaired visitors.
