Bhd1) Develop and manage architectural construction sequence activities for subcontractor according to project schedule2) Coordinate with other disciplines for effective integration and minimize clashing activities in Living Quarters and Technical Building3) Analyse the needs for Architectural fabrication and installation with supervisors in determining the facilities and resources needed4) Develop progress tracking spreadsheet and report daily updates to Construction Manager5) Manage technical issues raise at the site and liaise with design team to resolve the issue with good interference with other discipline and according to the project specification6) Manage any problem aroused related to QA/QC, safety and design & engineering.7) Monitor and expedite architectural procurements to be align with the date required at site8) Conduct and prepare weekly minutes of meeting with subcontractor to tackle any issues or problem that occur during fabrication and installation process which might effect the projected plan for architecture progress9) Manage architectural inspection test packages and punchlists to close all within mechanical compilation date10) Involved in function test/pre-commissioning of Galley equipment, Fire Suppression System, Chiller Freezer System, Dining equipment, Toilet units and Laundry equipment after installation11) Assigned to offshore to manage and coordinate overall LQ habitation until commissioning of Galley equipment, Fire Suppression System, Chiller Freezer System, Dining equipment, Toilet units and Laundry equipment

Bhd1) Manage and lead on construction sequence of structural activity of topsides, bridges and jackets according to the schedule with subcontractors 2) Assist Construction Manager for structural work in all construction phase including reviewing of construction method, prefabrication, erection, lifting, integration, equipment installation, testing and completions3) Develop progress tracking spreadsheet and report daily updates to Construction Manager4) Prepare and provide detail design on site modification (Site Technical Query) to suit to site with good interference with other discipline according to the project specification5) Coordinate with design team for specific procedure required during heavy lifting/overturning, weighing and shifting structures6) Manage shifting and heavy lifting operation of Jackets, Topsides and Bridges with lifting team and client7) Prepare and conduct the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for Heavy Lifting (load > 20MT), weighing and shifting activities8) Analysed and manage the needs for structural fabrication and installation with supervisors in determining the facilities needed for construction/erection at site9) Conduct and prepare weekly minutes of meeting with subcontractor to tackle any issues or problem that occur during fabrication and installation process which might effect the projected plan for structural progress10) Manage any problem aroused related to QA/QC, safety and design & engineering.11) Manage resources such as plate, beam, and pipe/tubular as listed for the project12) Prepare construction project specific procedures according to Client/International codes & standards13) Manage all structural inspection test packages and punchlists with subcontractor to close within mechanical compilation date
