Independent survey showed a significant perception change for the Brand post the campaign. Driving synergy and alignment for all the group companies of Tata Steel with the corporate Brand. Create and drive extensive Media engagement at the national and international levels (including guidance and support to PR team of Europe & SEA) to build and protect Corporate reputation while maintaining healthy relationship with national and local media (near our operating plants) of the country. Responsible for Internal communication and employee engagement across wide swathe of blue collar and white collar employees across the geographies. Responsible for digital communication and managing Social Media handles of the company. Managing and handling all internal and external publications of the Company. Responsible for planning and execution all major Corporate events like Runs(TSK 25 Kolkata and other 4 runs), Literary meets, Tata Steel Chess, Expos and fares etc
