Deliver Financial objectives and manage corporate budgeting process 5. Assume absolute accountability of delivering the topline and bottomline targets 6. Assimilating market intelligence and competitor’s benchmarking to improvise current processes within the organization. 7. Integration of diverse business units and horizontal deployment of best practices across organization. 8. Increasing overall shareholders value and enhancing customer satisfaction 9. Advancement in the technology in auto component manufacturing sector, identify, Evaluate and deploy to maintain the cutting edge in the industry. 10. Developing and delivering the strategic objectives 12. Recommending the Board /Group significant operational changes and major capital expenditures where these are beyond his delegated authority 13. Formulate and organize various projects for the improvement in PQCDSME 14. Continuously Upgrading the technology to maintain the competitive edge. 15. Assigning responsibilities clearly to senior management and overseeing the establishment of effective risk management and control systems 16. Continuously watching the market conditions and achieve the aggressive growth of the company 17. Continuously monitor the systems, processes and Process control measures to ensure increase in over all efficiency and sales of the organization. 18. Managing strict compliance with regulatory and legal guidelines 19. Depending upon the market growth, Develop new business and set up new plants or division or plant for geographical growth. 20. Maintain good relations with statutory bodies for smooth running of the plant 21. Formulate and organize various projects and monitor their progress for Practice of TQM & TPS .
