• Responsible for leading Plumbing & Fire Fighting system design for Indian & International projects. • Experienced in managing resources & leading a team of engineers & modelers for completion & timely delivery of the project. • Responsible for successful Project coordination, MEP design coordination and management of project. • Able to refer various codes & standards (NBC, NFPA, IS, CPHEEO, CPWD specifications) effectively to design the PL & FF systems. • Preparation of Design Basis report of PL & FF system, understanding Client’s requirements & submit outline plan. • Water Demand calculation, Storage tanks capacity, STP capacity, Solar hot water requirement, Storm water drainage calculations, Rainwater harvesting pit & tank calculation, OWC model selection for Environmental (MoEF) clearance. • Designing complete Schematic & layouts of Water supply distribution system including pump selection, pump discharge & head calculation, pipe sizing & material selection, valves size & material selection. • Designing complete Schematic & Layouts of drainage system including soil, waste & vent pipe sizing & material selection, manholes size & spacing. • Designing Schematic & Layouts Rain water harvesting system, Storm water drainage layouts & schematics. • Designing Schematics & Layouts of complete FF system (Fire Pumps, Fire hydrant system, Sprinkler system, Water curtain system, Fire extinguishers). • Detailed Quantity calculation & Preparation of PL & FF system Bill of Quantities. • Preparation of Technical specifications & Tender document. • Review the PL & FF system design & ensure it is as per the Tender document, codes & standards.
