• Configuration of Hotel Management software, Identification of user requirement and carried out the customization at the site. Organizing Training Programs for various departments.• Configuration and setup protocol TCP/IP. Installation of the network, client PC & printers. Internet (Broadband) and WiFi.• Desktop/ Technical Support to In-House Guest for Internet and etc.• Maintaining & trouble-shooting of online transactions of entire outlets of the Hotel, EPBAX Interface, and Front/ Back Office Management. Database Management and maintaining backups and Recovery• Implement, rectify and provide various reports according to Management requirements by the PMS Software and Payroll System (FoxPro Base)• Supervise the staff of Telephone Exchange (BPL’s) to configure, activate – deactivate, configure of stations & Extensions, and solve the problems when occurred• WiFi system configuration and implement as user end• Configuring and managing DHCP, NIS, NFS, DNS Servers.• Working with OSI Model and TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).• Working with IP addressing and sub netting, Routing concepts, VLSM/CIDR.• Setting up, managing, maintaining and administration of Local Area Networks (LAN) of sites and administrating all the systems of the site with their software.• Troubleshooting and helping users for their specific computer/Network related problems. Installation and Administration of Domain Controller with managing and administrating of user accounts /Groups and their specific rights.• Managing and Maintaining MSSQL Server.
