I managed projects, people and products spread across India and Africa. One of my key focus areas was Innovation Hub for Dimagi’s Solutions Division where we managed end-to-end from conceptualisation to sales for innovative ICT products focusses on the low and middle income country (LMIC) markets.

I worked as a Product Owner leading all 5 products for the Government of India's National Nutrition Mission (ICDS-CAS). The product users were community health workers, health supervisors, block and district officers across 4 levels of hierarchy and end beneficiaries (D2C).Between April 2020 to August 2020, I worked as the India COVID lead where I led teams that designed and implemented several COVID response products supporting government, NGOs and INGOs (one of them being the COVID response system for the Delhi government).

I worked as a Project/Product Manager for multiple mHealth projects that were deployed in different geographies globally. The projects in India were with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD).The MWCD's National Nutrition Mission project took most of my time where I led the Dashboard team. The system became the largest mHealth intervention in the world where we developed 3 mobile applications, a SMS application and a 6-tier dashboard for real time program monitoring.

As Field Manager I worked on multiple mHealth projects deploying CommCare solutions that included understanding paper based workflows, developing applications on CommCare, field testing the application, conducting capacity building trainings, and stakeholder management. These projects have were deployed in South-East Asia and West Africa.

I worked to design and implement innovative solutions to increase adoption of Management Information System (MIS) across the directorate hierarchy in the Haryana Education Department. Due to changing bureaucratic dynamics, in addition to driving adoption of the MIS, I worked on several ICT initiatives to support the State Project Director and his team. To name a few: Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System, National Optical Fibre Network, Geographic Information System.

I managed all aspects of implementation of Zaya's program in Bangalore and business development for Karnataka region.Zaya Learning Labs implements scalable, affordable technology to increase access to high quality education and bridge the achievement gap for students in low income schools. This is done by bringing in a simple but powerful blended learning model into classrooms.

I worked with children from disadvantaged backgrounds to implemented sports and life-skills education sessions. I also created and implemented interactive training sessions focused on computer literacy.ProjectKHEL (an acronym for Kids Holistic Education and Life Skills) is an initiative that uses sports and games to impart life skills based education to children from disadvantage background.

I continued to work in GBI with increased responsibilities. Some of which included: performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries for better CPU usage, conducting organization wide trainings on different technologies, executing Proof of Concepts for new projects, managing other aspects of the project as Assistant Project Lead.

I was part of Global Business Intelligence (GBI) project for Apple Inc.. The module on which I was working was called iTunes Gift Card (IGC). This was a data warehousing project in which we developed complete business logic and analyzed transactional data of iTunes Gift Card. I was responsible for implementing complete life cycle of project starting from requirement gathering to deployment of the business layer for the data warehouse, including setting up data architecture and maintaining it post deployment. I primarily worked on Unix shell scripting, Teradata, PL/SQL and Informatica.

I was involved in all the three layers of application i.e. Database, Business Layer and UI. I worked primarily on initial requirement gathering and preparation of Business Requirement Document and building .NET based WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) services on the Business Layer.BLUE DART is South Asia's premier courier, and integrated express package distribution company with the most extensive domestic network covering. The project intended to migrate existing BLUE DART application of Foxpro to .NET application. WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) was used to develop the services which were called on presentation layer through GUI developed in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
