Working on NPI Final Test development projects for power electronics used in automotive and industrial applications.

- Key contact person for assigned product (mainly automotive related mixed signal ICs) in Final Test.- Oversee and drive OEE- Analysis and risk assessment on hold lots.- Key project driver for TTR, flow elimination, parallelism conversions, top reject improvements and DOEs for tester savings on assigned products.- Enrich product cookbooks for smooth lot movement.- Working closely with peripheral processes (wafer fab, probe, assembly and packing process) for improvements, RMA’s and new process qualifications.

Malaysia

- Final Test manufacturing product support (mainly memory industry related digital IC's)- Yield improvements via technical analysis (Shmoo, distributions and equipment correlations to drive test and hardware changes)- Top failure analysis, recovery measures and performance reporting to customers.- NPI activity support – binning correlation, platform conversions, temperature characterizations- TTR/throughput increase projects - ‘Temperature Checker Script’ introduction and ‘Master Lot Control’ UI.

Malaysia

- Intern involved in analysis and review of plans, documents and schematics of buildings and its surroundings- Gap analysis for LEED certification under United States Green Building Council (USGBC).- Building data specs and review (HVAC, ventilation, lighting, water usage, piping schemes, SCADA and BMS systems)
