During my internship as a System Administrator Intern, I had the invaluable opportunity to work with ServiceNow, a leading platform in IT service management. Throughout my tenure, I was deeply involved in managing and optimizing IT systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various platforms. My responsibilities included monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and security.One of the highlights of this internship was being offered the Certified System Administrator (CSA) course by ServiceNow. This course provided me with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, equipping me with the skills to configure, manage, and maintain the platform effectively. I gained hands-on experience in key areas such as user administration, data management, workflows, and reporting, which significantly enhanced my technical proficiency and understanding of system administration best practices.This internship allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical environment, deepening my understanding of system administration while also earning a valuable certification that recognizes my expertise in managing the ServiceNow platform.
