current position Planner at Crescent petroleum and Dana gasWorking directly with/reporting to Maintenance Superintendent, achieving daily Planning and scheduling works and monitoring all activities using work order system and permit to work system for each activity, prepare shutdown plan during the plant S/D using MS project, Besides preparing weekly and 90 days look ahead plans and prepare the KPI report against the weekly planned/scheduled works, daily and monthly report on CMMS to monitor PM Vs CM and work order statistics, generate and schedule new Preventive maintenance regime against all assets at the plant, wellheads,24” pipeline, MLVs’ and pigging stations.My Key Responsibilities:-Monitoring daily scheduled works and preparing the daily reports.-Issue planning inputs for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly Project reports.-Preparing a weekly plan for all the activities which need to be done within the week for all (Mechanic,Instrument, Electrical, System, Inspection, Civil & pipeline) and monitoring the jobs by receiving the daily report from disciplines supervisors.-Prepare 90-day look-ahead plan (all major jobs which need to prepare materials/invite contractor and get confirmation regarding some critical assets and S/down preparation and progressing).-Chair both meeting of weekly and 90-day look ahead plans.-Prepare monthly CMMS report and monitoring PM Vs CM.-Generate and schedule new PMs.-Arrange monthly maintenance safety meetings and keep and file all MOM in a proper manner.-Plan and schedule maintenance work and Estimate and schedule more complex jobs.-Utilize corporate Maintenance computer programs and databases CMMS to provide information in a timely and efficient manner.-Contact daily with Operations/plant supervisor, Maintenance Supervisors, -Contact Operations Engineering personnel regarding engineering packages being executed by Maintenance such as MOC (management of change) and other projects
