Managing ELV systems implementation for the on going Meydan projects in Dubai which includes World biggest Grandstand,five star hotels and commercial buildings:- Managing various ELV systems (i.e structure cabling, IP converge networks, AV system, BMS, broadcast system, central command centre, walkie talkie system, trackus system etc..) from calling tender to award of the contractors, design change management and site execution.- Managing overall time, cost and quality of installed systems according to the contract.
