• Third level technical and Citrix support to 150+ users in NY, NJ and remote support to Miami, Vancouver, Toronto, Korea, London, Costa Rica, and Columbia etc.• Hardware and software upgrade, installation, configuration, ghost imaging, and troubleshooting in a Win XP, 7, 8, 8.1 versions, • Understanding of MS Office 2010, 2013, Citrix MetaFrame 4.0 environment and XenDesktop• Install, configure and support Apple, Android and Smart Phone/Tablet devices• Support network issues including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP connectivity, patching, cabling• Utilize Citrix Management Console, PC Anywhere and Teamviewer for remote desktop support• Provide detailed analysis of software and hardware requirements • Undertake detailed analysis of applications and determine which will improve user interface, network performance and integrity• Provide technical support for but not limited to: Active Directory, system set-up, configuration management, integration issues, performance tuning, upgrades and functional/feature support• Actively participate with product management to improve technical data and instruction sheets, and provide pertinent customer feedback for inclusion in product development strategies.• Provide all support for Audio Video and Telephony equipments.• Vendor and Inventory Management.
