Agro Organica Private Limited, is a relatively new agro based consumer goods venture specializes in food processing and marketing, established in the year 2011. I joined the board of this agri-business company with the objective of restructuring the company into a corporate setup in order to compete and match the industry standards. My primary tasks involved change management activities along with overseeing the marketing and sales functions of the company.

I was double promoted to the position in July 2012, to re-establish marketing activities by executing branding, PR, events and marketing collateral development. Also as the head of customer care department, I had overseen the delivery of about 40-50 apartments every year, which included client interior design material selections, design, implementation, accounting, commissioning and handover of individual apartments along with completion of overall projects such as Bay’s Nasefa, Arjumand, Northpark, Eastwood, Villa Laila, Palmgrove, Lakewood to name a few. Directed a high performance team of six in executing all Bay efforts: branding, PR, outdoor advertising, digital marketing, customer care, project management and business development relationships. Managed budget of BDT 1M – 30M for marketing and business development SBUs.Key Contributions:▪ Developed and overseen operations of two Strategic Business Units (SBU) of the company – Bistro E, related to the food & beverage industry and Edge, The Gallery, related to the art industry, out of which Bistro E was soft launched on 5 March 2015.▪ Planned and assisted in the design & development of a new brand segment, “Signature Series”.▪ Spearheaded the development of the customer care department, which streamlined the entire residential apartment handover process.▪ Played key role in the expansion and creation of the new corporate website. ▪ Awarded and nominated as the “Employee of the month” several times.

Internship at Singer Bangladesh Limited in the Marketing Department, under the supervision of the National Sales Manager, from 1st August, 2007 to 31st December 2007. During the Internship, successfully completed a feasibility study of the energy saving bulb, for the company, which later became a lucrative business prospect in Bangladesh.
