Senior Manager - Electric & Electronics
Current• Installing and setting up automated machinery and systems according to manuals and safety standards.• Performing regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of automation machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, inspection of components, and parts replacement.• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with automation machinery, using various tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems quickly to minimize downtime.• Repairing pcb circuit boards, motors, and replacing malfunctioning faulty components such as bearings, belts, sensors, or parts of automation machinery to restore functionality and efficiency.• Analyzing technical problems, conducting feasibility studies, and providing innovative solutions to meet project objectives.• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.• Upgrading or retrofitting machinery with new components or technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and reliability.• Ensuring that products or systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through testing, validation, and verification processes.• Calibrating sensors, actuators, machinery components and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability in manufacturing automated processes, including alignment, tensioning, and adjustment of settings.• Ensuring that automation machinery and equipment comply with safety regulations and standards to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace.• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals and modifications for future troubleshooting.
