• Works closely with Engineers and Project Managers to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete• Performs inspections and documentation of all civil work in progress on a continuing basis• Independently develops new project schedules for moderately complex projects using scheduling software

• Assist in directing and reviewing work of assigned staff throughout the duration of a project• Inspects and documents work performed by contractors in all items (bids) of finishing construction • Report and coordinate assigned portions of the contract work between the project manager's (PM) office and the contractor on projects
