It Director, Essex Europe
Current• Leading a geographically diverse team, vendors, and 3rd party service providers, I oversee IT, and enableing solutions to meet established service levels and business objectives for Superior Essex in Europe (Germany, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, and Serbia).• I maintain continuous communication and build relationships throughout the Essex EU Leadership team as well as participate in the development and lead the implementation of Superior Essex’s IT strategy.• Supporting and implementing the Global ERP strategy by working with and developing business support for standardized processes is one of my main focuses.• In order to ensure continuity of the company’s core business, I support manufacturing IT requirements including, but not limited to, CRM, SRM, APS, MES, QMS, and WMS.• I lead the team that identifies, design, and implement innovative, modern technologies, including digital, mobile, advanced analytics, and industry 4.0.• I plan, develop, oversee the EU IT budget (CAPEX&OPEX), and report on all expenditures.• For day-to-day projects and tasks, I coordinate the Essex EU regional IT managers and supervisors. Moreover, I consult stakeholders to identify and evaluate organizational and business requirements, and user needs.• In order to ensure expected service-level agreements, I design, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• I have led the European IT team in implementing and maintaining the following standards and regulations to comply within the IT environment:o SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)o TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange)o IATF (International Automotive Task Force)o GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)• I am integral to a machine-learning project, which, based on historical data collected from production machines and the production environment, has helped the company deliver production excellence by enhancing its OEE (overall equipment efficiency), performance, and availability.
