Providing technical support and guidance to both private persons and business clients.Communicating with clients via phone, email, chat and support tickets. Using tools such as Zendesk,Zendesk Chat, JIRA, 3cx, Phabricator, GSuite (Drive, Docs, Sheets etc.), Teamviewer, Anydesk, Lightshot,Putty, Gitbash and others, including proprietary software, in order to troubleshoot, collect, analyze andprovide customers with information and solutions to their problems and queries, and do so in a timelymanner. Communicate with other teams within the company in order to procure necessary information,and coordinate troubleshooting efforts and solution development.
