Sasa Ramos is a non-binary, first-generation scholar from San Francisco, California. Before pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science at Boston University, they advocated for queer and transgender youth of color through grassroots organizing. As a recipient of the full-tuition Posse Scholarship, Sasa is recognized for their effective community-based leadership. They bring their passion for social justice and data analysis to life, using both qualitative and quantitative research to inform policy. In their free time, they explore local thrift stores, curate Spotify playlists, and embrace their Filipino culture through traditional cuisine and dance.
