Development of a Complexity Management Model for Strategic Business Units with the objective to manage the complexity in the organisation by developing complexity drivers which leads to an index whith which the complexity level of SBU's can be detected. Based on this index different tools are recommended to reduce/eliminate/prevent the complexity drivers.The work is published as part of my master thesis at KTH Stockholm.
