Sascha’s fitness journey began already 27 years ago with Taekwondo. He has collected a number of awards and numerous trophies both national and international. Sascha also teaches Taekwondo at a number of schools around Sydney. With his 27 years, experience in Fitness Sascha will not just ensure that you reach your goals he also will make you a better mover and be able to squat so you still can pick up your own groceries in your 80s.
