I support my clients in the banking and investment fund industry when they face challenges in their business and operational environment due to existing or upcoming regulatory requirements or strategic developments.I work as a project manager, business analyst or test manager and am usually the main contact person in the projects for questions relating to banking regulations, financial laws and the compliant implementation in processes and IT systems.My in-depth understanding of the required changes in operational processes, IT systems and governance structures has been demonstrated in the implementation of numerous projects. Many years of experience enable me to identify obstacles at an early stage of the project, to solve problems in a customer-oriented manner and to defuse conflicts before they arise.
