A legal professional with 10 years PQE, my industry experience spans 19 years in civil litigation covering many changes in the industry and the civil process from the removal of legal aid for all personal injury work, to the introduction of the CFA, the Wolf reforms and ongoing changes and updates to the civil procedure rules. My skills were easily transferable to working a Property Manager for a local estate agency and until recently I worked as an Insurance investigator. I have been able to continue with my interest in the law undertaking legal matters within the estate agency and to maintain a hands on approach to the claims process.
