Sascha Juch, born in 1971, started his career initially as a software developer and architect after graduating in computer science from the University of Bonn. He has been involved in IT projects of various kinds for many years and shines a critical light on them from various angles. He was responsible for the development of the profile management solution sepagoPROFILE and the subsequent sale of this product to Citrix. Afterwards, he coordinated the joint further development of the User Profile Manager (UPM) between Citrix and sepago and led the Research & Development department at sepago GmbH in Cologne, Germany. At present he is responsible for identifying trends and new technologies in his role as Head of Executive Office Innovation.He especially is fascinated of approaches, forcing people to break-out of their used habits. Solutions being reached this way are often much more efficient than with well-known methods. He sets a main focus on gamification theories, as they allow us to find solutions in a stress-less way.
