Corporate Director of Finance, Columbia Hotels & Resorts Germany & Cyprus responsible for seven Hotels between Germany and Cyprus for all financial aspects. A total of 7 staff reporting to me among the properties. Overseeing month closings, Budgets, Forecasts, Analyis and day to day financial advise to MD. Implementation of new Forecasting and Budgeting Software.

Director of Finance, Marriott Hotel, Tbilisi and Courtyard by Marriott, Tbilisi responsible for two Hotels in a multi property environment for all financial aspects. A total of 12 staff reporting to me among both properties incl. IT staff. Overseeing month closings, Budgets, Owner relations and day to day financial advise to GM, Owners. Responsible for Hotel Operation in absence of GM.

Overseeing all Financial Matters of the Hotel in regards to Finance and IT. Guide a total staff of 12. Responsible for Month Closing, Reporting, IT Operation and Support of Windows 2000 Network with around 50 Workstations and Fidelio / Micros installation. Replacing the General Manager in his absence.

168 Rooms and Suites with 3 F&B Outlets in this 5 Star Property. Responsible for all Pre-Opening Matters and thereafter for complete hotel operation with a total of 125 Staff members. Achieved hotel opening and GOP of 35% after 4 months only in a complete unknown market. Introduced Accounting system (Uniform System of Accounts) to operate on international standards. Opening and launch of Persian – International Restaurant with 150 seats, incl. Menu Design along with 2 Lobby Coffee Shops (120 Seats) and the outside Terrace with another 80 Seats. Restructuring of kitchen layout to streamline operation. Daily hands-on Training on all F&B Service Aspects.
