Launched the AO Uniform Project, which included collaborating with partners (Country Road, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, New Balance, Maui Jim, Oakley, Bolle & Nike) to co-design & revitalize the overall look & feel of the uniforms to align with annual AO branding guidelines & produce over 70,000 uniform items to distribute to over 4,000 staff. Designed & Delivered the Field of Play project – Including redesign of look & feel of the courts & equipment to ensure the integrity of the field of play was upheld, aligning with the Australian Open brand and to achieve a world class experience for players, broadcast & fans. Performed all aspects of Team Leadership with regular team of 4-24 growing to over 600 Team Members during the tournament. Strong national and international stakeholder engagement.

Appointed Australian Open Tournament Director for Wheelchair Tennis & players with an Intellectual Disability. This included designing the match scheduling, operational budget, prize management (prize money, trophies & presentations) & all aspects of Player Experience (transport, budget, accommodation, logistics). First Grand Slam event to incorporate Wheelchair Tennis as part of the schedule for 16 players across 9 countries (2009) & was officially endorsed by the International Tennis Federation.
