Appointed Australian Open Tournament Director for Wheelchair Tennis & players with an Intellectual Disability. This included designing the match scheduling, operational budget, prize management (prize money, trophies & presentations) & all aspects of Player Experience (transport, budget, accommodation, logistics). First Grand Slam event to incorporate Wheelchair Tennis as part of the schedule for 16 players across 9 countries (2009) & was officially endorsed by the International Tennis Federation.
