CurrentCoordinate and supervise clinical services provided by BA interns, MA practicum students, licensed interns, and professionals. Manage and direct counseling and administrative staff to ensure clinical education and training meet ethical standards and enhance daily operations. Experience in managed care treatment and documentation is required. Develop, design, and implement budgets, programs, curricula, and policies. Responsible for hiring, training, developing, delegating, counseling, and terminating staff. Lead supervisions, case conferences, and staff meetings. Plan and facilitate weekly private individual, group, couples, family, play therapy, and/or crisis counseling sessions. Perform write-ups, diagnosis, drug and alcohol screening, case management, level of care assessments, and treatment plans. Have direct contact with clients, handle intake, treatment planning, professional consulting, and mediation. Perform and prepare neuropsychological testing, personality tests, and reports. Consult and collaborate with staff, nurses, doctors, lawyers, families, school administration, and mental health providers in the community to ensure quality patient care.
