Sascha serves as Executive Director for The Well. She is a specialist in Mental Health Care.Sascha is a Licensed supervisor in the States of Texas, Alabama, Missouri, and Kansas.While specializing in Marriage and Family counseling as a Gottman therapist. Sascha also thrives in the area of Play Therapy and Sandplay with children as well as adolescents. She has studied in intensive play therapy training at The Center for Play Therapy at the University of North Texas. She is a trained Child Centered Play Therapist and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. Sascha is a TBRI practitioner trained by the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development at TCU. Sascha is passionate about helping kids from hard places with early trauma, abuse, and/or neglect. Sascha feels compelled to help kids in foster and adoption agencies. Sascha comes alongside the clients, doctors, professionals, teachers, and churches in the community to provide holistic care.She is certified in equine therapy through SpiritHorse International. Sascha enjoys serving as a mental health disaster worker in natural disasters and mass shootings. Sascha also facilitates resiliency training with military families through the Red Cross. She has seen couples step back from the ledge of divorce and children find healing amid trauma. Her unique ability to address the whole family dynamic and still meet individual goals and expectations has garnered praise from clients and colleagues alike.
