I am in charge of working closely with broadcasters and producers worldwide on the distribution and coordination of many animated and factual including "The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That" to "You Gotta Eat Here". Many of the broadcasters ranged from the "BBC", "Discovery", and "PBS" that I worked to prepare all video and supplementary materials required for delivery. As such, I work to the broadcasters technical specifications, edit and export to what they require, and send a video out for a frame rate conversion when necessary.This also included working on reviewing and filing contracts into our Excel spreadsheets, online databases, and CRM system. As well as working closely with numerous individuals from accounting to the president, developing royalty and invoice trackers, event's including MIPCOM preparation and designing pitch packages, and developing delivery standards for internal and external producers.Along with that, I retooled and organized the Distribution Department for better workflow and access to all inventory for deliveries.

As a Production Coordinator, I'm the point-person at Zealous Entertainment between clients, production teams, and staff. Working together with clients on any requests including video, graphics/web, or photography and distributing their requests to our dedicated teams. I work with each of these teams from concept to delivery on organizing and managing projects and staff while in constant communication with clients. Together with this, I handle a number of office administrative tasks as necessary from organizing and maintaining the office. As a Video Editor, I work freelance off-hours to handle a number of the production requests as needed and if requests are lighter, I am assigned on-hours. We work with Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, and the entire Adobe CC Suite as needed.

I was the key figure in organizing, preparing, packaging, and distribution all of Octapixx's 20 years of video content and a number of Protocol Sports' video content to worldwide markets including Europe, China, USA, and South America. I worked closely with our legal department, the CEO, and the clients of these various markets on gathering and preparing what material and specifications they needed. I prepared all videos to the specific television or web standards of these many markets utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Encoder, and MediaInfo. Together with all of this, I gathered and packaged all the necessary materials including M&E audio stems, scripts, CC files, correct format video files, and more and sent them to the client via Media Shuttle or mailed it out on a hard drive. As well, I handled a number of varying tasks together with my main work including editing videos for company and video promotion, online editing some of the videos that were to be sent to the markets, consistent office administration, and daily social media management of all accounts.

I was the central person for organizing, ingesting, logging, preparing, and packaging the newly shot 4K and HD footage and completed sequences of original Blue Ant programs for company owned channels including Love Nature, Makeful, Cottage Life, and Smithsonian. Together with also being responsible for preparing and uploading all original Blue Ant content and programs that were sent to us by distributors to Pharos Mediator for playback on our channels. As well, I handled a number of miscellaneous media tasks requested by virtually anyone in the company from preparing Avid projects with the necessary files for editors, screeners for producers, packaging entire projects for third party companies, videos for social media and other uses, and much more.My tasks revolved around collaborating with Producers, QC, CC, Master Control, Marketing, Traffic, and Accusations in receiving, reviewing, and preparing any and all media to the exact technical formats that they needed. As well, I mainly conducted my work utilizing Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Encoder, Adobe After Effects, Vantage Telestream, Avid Unity ISIS, Plural Eyes, Pharos Mediator, Trello, and DaVinci Resolve for the many purposes and tasks at hand.

I worked together with Producers and Production Managers in meeting with clientele and settling on a concept, timetable, budget, and other relatable details. From there, I organized each of these clientele projects into a full production, from pre-prodution to post-production whether it was a video, graphics, web, or photography. Within a production, I worked with each department in overseeing, organizing, scheduling, and liaising them with other departments and the clientele from concept to delivery. Along with this, I handled a number of office administrative tasks from keeping the office organized and stocked with supplies to making sure all documentation was where it should be.As a Video Editor, I worked freelance off hours in handling a number of the clientele projects that Zealous attained including commercials/promos, documentaries, scripted dramas, and more. At times during on-hours, when the workload was lighter I was also tasked to handle some of the editing projects. I mainly utilized the Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, Adobe CC Suite including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, As a photographer, I worked freelance off-hours in handling photography requests from clientele whether it be portrait, product, event, costume, or wedding photography.
