In this position, I am in charge of all aspect relating to resource management. My main focus is on training and development and career planning for our staff and contractors. I am also responsible for the recruitment of necessary resources on projects. I place a large focus on team engagement. At Hydrogetics we plan to develop our project teams and give them the necessary tools to do their job with ease and competence.
