• Drinks World Asia a trade publication launched into Asia in 2012 and I was appointed Advertising Manager to manage three markets including Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai • Liaise with clients and build and maintain relationship management. Drinks World Asia main client base included DIAGEO, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi, Campari, MHD, Beam Suntory and Constellation Brands • Collect advertising and content for each publication from clients located in Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai. Each publication is released quarterly • Liaise with printers in each market and co-ordinate magazine specs, paper quality, print quantity and print date deadline • Arrange and attend photo-shoots and interviews with liquor industry professionals including global brand ambassadors, sommeliers and wine makers

Paddington Nsw

• Overall office management duties, including daily management of mail, answering and diverting phone calls, invoicing via MYOB and assistant to both Directors • Created and managed consumer campaigns for Faber-Castells in-store sales promotion program which was executed throughout major shopping centres in NSW • Collaborated with the Faber-Castell design team on the concepts and development of the POS for the consumer sales campaign

• Set up processes and procedures on the new division so all staff are aware of how the promotional division will operate • Create Credential Presentation and present to potential new clients on a weekly basis• Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale sales promotion projects • Booking of the appropriate team of talent staff in accordance with client’s requirements • Oversee each campaign and ensure its executed smoothly and successfully and report back to clients post campaigns
