As a part of the post-purchase team, I'm focused on enhancing the user experience from cart browsing to product delivery. At Yandex.Market, I've spearheaded redesign projects spanning the cart, delivery addresses, returns process, tab navigation, user profiles, and the innovative 'One-Click Delivery' initiative.→ The profile redesign at Yandex.Market resulted in notable boosts in GMV, total orders, and advertising revenue. This redesign also positively influenced Split orders and Plus subscriptions.→ Our overhaul of the delivery address flow led to a decrease in support queries while simultaneously driving up GMV and order numbers.→ Over the year I've conducted nine rigorous usability tests to validate our design hypotheses.→ Consistently receiving commendations on my work, I earned a promotion from specialist to senior designer within just one year.

→ Finished 5 projects involving education, WEB3, engineering, and IT, integrating user research and closely communicating with stakeholders.→ Developed a design for a concert streaming platform, testing and improving user flows to launch and attract more users.→ Created the app concept and promo website, which were tested on 400 users and proved the hypothesis, leading to the next phase of project development. → Contributed to the success of one of the agency's first international projects, which positively affected the reputation of the company and attracted 4 more international clients.
