I am an active Yoga educator in Portland, Oregon since 2013. My intention as an instructor is to help guide you to create your own unique yoga practice using traditional yoga practices including meditation, breath work, movement, plant medicine, sensory feedback and sound healing. Yoga to me is my inner escape, getting to know oneself. Born in sunny South Florida and a student of dance, I found yoga as an outlet and a way to get healthy, emotionally, mentally and physically. Any challenges that came into my life, it was Yoga that was a consistent grounding practice, that saved my life. After settling in Portland, I completed my YTT at YoYoYogi in 2013 and continued my education with Jill Knouse in 2015, Dee Dussault in 2018. Currently, I am studying Ayurveda Yoga Therapy with Susan Bass specializing in Digestion and Detoxification.Every day is a new discovery for me, on the mat, at home, with family & friends and even when I’m alone. Now my daily practice is to dig deep, nourish my soul and be present.
