-To organise rehearsal space and times that suit all cast members-To make props and costume when needed-I would put up the set and ensure all props, costume changes and cast were where they needed to be before the production began.-I completed extensive risk assessments for the production I was involved in to ensure the safety of the theatre company-I packed and drove the van to and from numerous destinations -I was available to help protect the physical and mental welfare of each company member

- Teaching children aged 8-15- Motivating children and encouraging their involvement in activities - Teaching basic swimming techniques and high energy, exciting water sports lessons - Creating drama lessons including improvisation, musicals and make your own monologues to enhance the children’s creativity- Choreographing dance routines that could be taught to a wide range of ages and skill set

- Teaching the skills required for Synchronised swimming skill set assessments to classes of up to 13 people aged 5-40 years, for 2-hour sessions- Ensuring lessons were engaging, interesting and beneficial- Choreographing mini routines to allow the pupils to utilize their skills- Using positive encouragement to help the pupils progress in both skill set and confidence
