- Participation in the acquisition and revaluation of a portfolio of buildings worth 80 million euros: response to the tender process, audit of the ten assets and datarooms. Sale of the buildings, choice of agents, participation in negotiations with the purchasers in conjunction with the various departments of the group (Project Management, Property Management and Asset Management).- Analysis of the quality of the assets proposed for investment for Core or Value Added strategies of the clients: elaboration of cash flows, participation in the financial evaluation, sourcing, response to calls for tenders, analysis of datarooms, participation in negotiation meetings until the signature of the notarial acts.- Maintenance and development of activity monitoring tools: market and competitive surveillance information.- Preparation and maintenance of transaction and marketing monitoring reports.- Preparation, participation and updating of real estate committees specific to the various clients.- Preparation of a summary of the investments received and maintenance of the activity follow-up.
