As an Education Mentor at Tekwill Academy, I design and deliver the "UX Design Fundamentals" course, instruct students, and facilitate workshops and public events. I aim to equip aspiring UX designers with the skills they need to succeed in the industry and support their professional development.

As a co-owner of the design community YaTakVIju!, I had the opportunity to collaborate with other co-owners in organizing an exceptional Product Design Conference. Our conference attracted about 150 participants and featured nine speakers from Moldova and abroad. Together, we explored the roles and responsibilities in various enterprises, as well as the processes and development of product thinking.In my role as co-owner, my main responsibility was to negotiate with speakers and ensure they were prepared to deliver engaging and informative presentations. It was a rewarding experience to bring together such a diverse group of speakers and attendees, all with a shared passion for design.Through our conference and other community activities, we were able to foster a strong sense of community among designers in the region, creating opportunities for learning, growth, and collaboration. As a co-owner of YaTakVIju!, I am proud of the impact we have had on the design community and look forward to continuing to support its growth in the future.

As the Product Design Lead for a B2B product of a company that specializes in Education Administration Programs in the US, I am responsible for designing and implementing a UX Strategy that will help increase the product's overall user experience and maturity level.In my role, I work closely with the product team to identify areas of improvement and to design new features that will better meet the needs of our users. My goal is to ensure that every interaction with the product is seamless and intuitive, resulting in a positive and engaging user experience.

As a Product Design Team Lead at adidas, I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic team of six designers. Together, we collaborated to initiate and manage the transition of our design deliverables from Sketch and InVision into Figma, which streamlined our design process and increased collaboration across the team.In this role, I facilitated workshops and design sprints, conducted field research, user interviews, and focus groups, as well as usability testing to ensure the highest quality design for our B2B e-commerce platform. It was rewarding to present the work of my team to stakeholders, empower cross-product collaboration between teams, and actively participate in activities of adidas B2B design community.Reporting directly to the UX Director of adidas B2B department, UX Governor of the digital wholesale department, and Director of Products, I participated in roadmap refinements and setting up OKRs for the entire design team. Working collaboratively with the team, we achieved significant growth in our UX maturity level, delivering innovative and effective design solutions that exceeded our users' expectations.Overall, my experience as a Product Design Team Lead at adidas allowed me to develop strong leadership and management skills, as well as enhance my design expertise. It was an honor to work with such a talented team, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have played a pivotal role in driving the success of our product.

As a Senior Product Designer at Pentalog, I had the opportunity to work on scaling adidas' B2B e-commerce platform. Working closely with the Product Owner, I was involved in several phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. It was exciting to design and launch several new features that were well-received by regional sales organizations worldwide.In my first five months on the job, I worked independently to set up a solid foundation for the team's expansion. As a result, I was promoted to a Team Lead role after just eight months in this position. It was an honor to be recognized for my contributions, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a talented team.

As a Product Designer at Finrange, I had the opportunity to use methods and tools of Design Thinking to create innovative tools for investors. Working collaboratively with the product team and developers, we were able to increase the value of the product and provide a better UX for more than 10K unique users monthly.In this role, I was responsible for designing and iterating on new features that addressed the needs of our users and provided them with the best possible experience. By utilizing Design Thinking principles, we were able to create user-centric solutions that were intuitive, efficient, and effective.It was rewarding to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and creativity were valued. Through my work at Finrange, I was able to contribute to the growth and success of the product, helping to establish a loyal user base and increase the overall value of the platform.

As a Product Designer at Figaro Discount Service, a startup company, I had the opportunity to lead the product team during its first year of existence. It was an exciting time to be a part of the team, as we worked together to design the information architecture, mobile apps, and web app for our customers.Working closely with the development team, product owners, scrum master, marketing specialists, designers, copyrighters, and the support team, I was able to contribute to the overall success of the product. Our collaborative efforts resulted in about 12K downloads on Google Play and App Store during the product lifetime.

I lead a team of 3 designers to deliver digital solutions for clients in Social Media, Marketing, Personal Branding and Financial domains. Together with partners, we launched such projects as Cosmos-4, DriversUSA and finrange.com with 10k unique users monthly. I collaborated closely with project managers, developers, marketing team and clients. I created and established design processes for the agency and facilitated design reviews for stakeholders.
