Currently a final year student studying international hospitality management. Have worked in my current job for 3 years i have been a waitress, supervisor and now restaurant manager. I enjoy my job here as there is always new and exciting challenges to face. within my role of restaurant manager i must ensure targets and labour and stock budgets are met. It is also my role to ensure all rosters and forecasts are done. It is my responsibility to ensure customers experiences are at a high standard and to ensure any complaints are dealt with accordingly. I have a keen interest in the hospitality and tourism industry. I completed my placement working for Swissport at Belfast International. During my time here i worked as passenger service agent working with different airlines such as Thomas Cook, Ryanair, TUI, Jet2, Easyjet and Virgin Atlantic.
